Our Home Staging Package is for clients who aren’t currently looking to purchase a Full Service or Full Design Home Refresh Package with us, but still wish to have Monica stage and style their Home. We purchase additional decor, accessorize, edit and arrange their current home decor and furnishings. MGI will create a gorgeous, warm and inviting Home!

Is Home Staging (ONLY) Right for me?
- I want my home to have a warm and inviting Finished Look.
- I just can’t figure out how to layout my floor plan and need someone else’s eye.
- I just moved and I need help deciding what to keep and what to get rid of for a more cohesive look.
- I would like Monica to go Home Decor/Accessory shopping and pull my home together with that MGI touch!
- I am happy with the furniture I have, I need artwork, pillows, lamps, and complete styling. All the pretties to complete my space.

- MGI team will curate all home decor needed to complete your Design. There is nothing for you to do but relax. No Pre Approvals…Just a Carload full of Gorgeous pulled together.
- Full installation in one day…Reveal Ready!
The flat fee for this package will be calculated on an Individual/by Room basis with a minimum fee of $600
There is a NO order minimum with this Package. A purchasing agreement must be signed prior to any orders. Approval Pending of course!
