What is Full Design Home Refresh?
Our Full Design Home Refresh Package is for clients who aren’t currently looking to purchase a Full Service or DIY/E-Design Package with us, but still wish to have Monica stage and style their Home. We purchase additional home decor, accessorize, edit and arrange their current home decor and furnishings. MGI will create a gorgeous, warm and inviting Home! During this process our team will put together a detailed accessory plan to update a dated space. From new lamps, rugs, textiles, greenery, art work, and much more…. our team will coordinate all product selections, delivery and styling of the space. All Home Decor is thoughtfully chosen through both home stores and special orders from our design trade/wholesale accounts.
Installation IS included in this package. We believe in white-glove service, everything in its place, no hassle, no worries. We will schedule/manage the installation and styling… everything for you.
This service is strictly home decor and styling and does not include construction, renovations, contractors, ETC… The Full Service Interior Design Package is what you would want for those upgrades. However, if you are simply needing ‘direction only’ as to your furniture layout and design, please check out our DIY/E-Design options in our Interior Design Services. They’re great too!

The flat fee for this package will be calculated on an Individual/by Room basis with a minimum fee of $1800
There is a $2K order minimum with this Package. A purchasing agreement must be signed prior to any orders. Approval Pending of course!
